| Over the past twenty years, Michael S. Han, a native of Washington D.C., has been an innovative force in many industries, including renewable energy, telecommunications, internet, and direct marketing. He founded LYF Holdings to bring consumers new ways of enriching their lives, and Associates a new method of attaining prosperity. LYF will offer a range of product lines, targeted to fulfill the consumer's daily needs. At LYF, the welfare of our consumers is Mr. Han's number one priority. As the world continues to evolve, many aspects of our daily lives are touched with toxicity and harmful additives. LYF will strive to help you keep your mind, body, heart, soul, and the environment in which you live in harmony. It is LYF's aspiration to develop multiple product lines that complement each other - a system in which the ingredients work together to create a truly efficacious synthesis, enhancing both your overall internal and external well-being. LYF wants to provide you with the means to remain youthful, live longer, become stronger, act wiser, and most importantly, live a balanced and fulfilled life. Mr. Han has decided to launch the company in 2010 with its nutraceuticals line in order to reinforce our focus on ways to enhance your health and well-being. Prior to creating LYF, Mr. Han founded Envion in January 2002. He remains a leading force in the environmental renewable energy industry and has been instrumental in building Envion into one of the world's leading waste-to-energy technology companies. Mr. Han has served as Company Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder since its inception. His focus at Envion includes optimizing corporate strategy, developing Envion's technological and environmental vision, forming strong global strategic business partnerships and joint ventures, and recruiting key worldwide talent. Mr. Han and the Envion technology have received numerous accolades, including being ranked the No. 5 Most Innovative Company in the world in the Energy sector in Fast Company magazine's 2010 issue and being recognized as a presenting company at the 2010 CleanEquity Monaco conference. Mr. Han has also appeared on CNN, NPR, NBC, the Washington Post, and the New York Times. Envion is currently valued as a multi-billion dollar company. Mr. Han continues to spend his time as an investment strategist and principal investor. In addition to his business endeavors, Mr. Han has been a guest lecturer at industry business intelligence and e-business conferences and his work and ideas have been featured in Fortune magazine, Virginia Business, and the Washington Post. He has collaborated with the Stanford-MIT Venture Lab. He also founded PEAK (Participating in Entrepreneurial Activities for Kids), an international non-profit group promoting business skills, economic development, and entrepreneurship in Washington, D.C. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Envion, HANBROS & Co., Merging Arts Studios, and several other private companies in which he holds significant investments.

| Antony Ho, Chief Strategy Officer of LYF Holdings, has been a senior executive with various Fortune 500 companies. He has also served as an advisor to executive management and Boards of Directors of Fortune Global 500 companies, as well as various public sector agencies around the world. Mr. Ho has been a leader in the development and growth of numerous companies while serving as a corporate officer, Board of Directors member, or consulting advisor for over 25 years. These companies were in diverse sectors and industries including but not limited to investment banking, commercial banking, nuclear energy, defense and aerospace, oil and gas, private equity, and management consulting. Recent senior executive assignments include IndyMac Federal Bank, F.S.B./IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., a top ten U.S. bank, and Washington Mutual Bank, N.A. Mr. Ho has served as an Advisor to China International Trust and Investment Corporation, General Atomics, Lazard Frere et Cie, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Continental Bank N.A. and Allied Capital. He has also been of Counsel to ColumbusNewport L.L.C., a Managing Director of Sintez Corporation JSC, and a Director at International Planning and Analysis Center, Inc. Mr. Ho received his B.S.F.S. in International Economics from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University.

| Mary Ann Pettorini, Chief Brand Officer of LYF Holdings, has held Executive Leadership positions and worked with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of marketing, product development, branding and communications for over 20 years. She has led creative and marketing teams at Estée Lauder and Unilever and has worked on the successful growth of brands, creative and marketing initiatives for Procter and Gamble, L'Oréal, Avon, The Wall Street Journal, The American Broadcasting Company, IBM, The Seagrams Company LTD, Champion Apparel, Puritan and Arnold Foods. Ms. Pettorini has also held the position of Executive Vice President of Power Brands Corp, where she lead marketing strategies, new product development, creative execution and new business platforms. Her contributions to Power Brands led to the development of award-winning, industry recognized hospitality brands, "green" and environmentally focused product initiatives and the acquisition of leading global accounts. Mary Ann Pettorini is a graduate of the Parsons School of Design. She is a member of the Fashion Group and the Former Co-Chair of the Scholarship Committee.

Jonathan D Jones

| Jonathan D. Jones is responsible for the development of LYF Holdings´ creative division. He directs a team of seasoned art directors, designers, and web developers to structure information and concepts for direct communication through multiple media channels such as print, television, the Internet and other global media. Mr. Jones has over 15 years of extensive experience in visual arts, business development, graphic design, and Web design. Mr. Jones studied Visual Arts at the Alabama School of Fine Arts, studied Architecture at Howard University, and studied Graphic Design at the Corcoran College of Art and Design. Jonathan enjoys being a part of all creative arts, yoga, and a variety of outdoor activities to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Jonathan has two beautiful daughters Nyla Lyn and Voe Elle who enjoy singing, dancing, and fashion, just like their dad.

| Pio Goco is responsible for developing LYF Holdings´ global business initiatives. Mr. Goco has extensive experience in international technology-related transactions and services. Prior to joining LYF Holdings, Mr. Goco was Senior Director for Wholesale/Carrier Voice Services for PCCW Global. During his tenure, Mr. Goco built an extensive portfolio of client/vendor relationships and developed a significant part of PCCW Global's U.S. and International carrier relationship base. Mr. Goco has over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sector handling a variety of business process and business development activities. He has also been involved with a variety of telecommunications firms including FaciliCom International, ePhone Telecom, and Startec Global Communications. Mr. Goco received his AB Sociology degree at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños. Pio has three wonderful children. He loves roaming our wide world, reconnecting and networking with his long time friends either in person or online. He is a trivia/info nut, likes playing frisbee golf, playing basketball, going hiking and visiting family in the Philippines in his spare time.
