| The story of One-24 actually begins in 1975 when Mark Seyforth became a pioneer in the direct sales industry. He was an innovator from the start, setting industry records when he founded his first company, which enrolled more than 160,000 distributors and produced more than $100 million in sales, within 3 years!
Fast forward 35 years and you will find that Mark has continued to have major impact on the direct selling industry. He has been instrumental in developing dozens of successful compensation plans, including one of the industry giants, Herbalife.

| Joe co-founded Seyforth Laboratories, Inc. in 1975 and U.S. Laboratories, Inc. in 1976. These companies produced combined annual sales in excess of $100 million within 3 years of start-up. In the 80’s, he founded CCA, Inc, where he developed and marketed health products, performed laboratory services and provided training for health professionals, the public and industry. A multi-million dollar subsidiary, Futuron Industries, Inc. also formulated and sold dietary supplements to the public via direct sales. Another company he formed, Total Living Concepts/TLC Nutrition purchased CCA and Futuron.
In 1999, Joe began corporate consulting including companies within the $13 billion Omnicom Group. Projects included growth and acquisition strategies, product launch, improving time-to-market, promotional and incentive programs, satellite communications, interactive distance learning, product launches, brand development and support, online testing and certification, sales and marketing programs, and development of strategic alliances. Now with One24, he has been instrumental in the company’s rapid ascent. |

| Rick graduated from the University of Texas in 1987 with a business degree in accounting. After several years at Big 8 accounting firms, he worked in various capacities in accounting and real estate finance, holding consulting, controller and CFO positions for various entrepreneurially oriented enterprises.
In 1998, he served as Chief Information Officer for Goldman Sachs Mortgages Services (aka Archon Financial) implementing improved business processes using e-commerce technologies. Rick further served as Vice President of Operations for Beal Bank, the largest and most profitable privately held bank in Texas. Following a consulting engagement with the FDIC, Rick brings his diverse background to One24, to seek to equip and empower all its members to reach their objective of financial independence. He maintains his CPA and Project Management Professional (PMP)

| Cherri received an Associate in Arts Degree and began a career in commercial real estate. She specialized in finding parcels of land for various local, state and national agencies interested in purchasing them for preservation and protection of endangered wildlife in Florida. She became an Allstate Insurance Agent and then started an Independent Insurance Agency as primary agent and manager. Within 4 years, the agency quickly grew to an annual premium of four million dollars and was sold. It was at about this time that Mark Seyforth approached her with the offer of Director of Operations for his company Extreme Research. The company was later sold to NuVerus, whose new owners asked her to remain as their Director of Operations. She left NuVerus to help Mark with his vision that has become One24.
