| Wendy Lewis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Sociology and Mathematics, and later received an MED in Educational Psychology from Temple University. In 1985, Randy and Wendy formed AMSC (Automated Medical Systems Consultants), becoming the number one Medical Manager Practice Management supplier in both sales and service for eight consecutive years until selling the company in 1994. Wendy was the President of AMSC and the Director of Customer Operations responsible for all the training and support activities. The entire call center with Knowledge Based Help Desk was automated for in-bound/out-bound calls. AMSC was well known in the medical community for providing the best customer service in the 450 Medical Manager Dealer Network. Wendy and Randy became involved with the MLM industry 16 years ago as distributors as well as owners of MLM companies and MLM support companies. Under their visionary leadership, these companies have flourished. With offices and distribution centers operating worldwide and a network of more than 400,000 distributors in 215 countries and territories, Wendy and Randy have paid out over $77 million in commissions. Multi-lingual customer support, in-house shipping, on-staff professional software programmers, and a proprietary web-based Back Office system are just a few examples of what their efforts have achieved so far. Wendy and Randy have also actively engaged in responsible corporate behavior over the years by launching a global ecological campaign to benefit several charitable organizations. Their strong commitment to these organizations includes financial assistance, fundraising, and hands-on volunteer work.

| Randy Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He has over forty-two years experience in the computer industry having designed, sold, and installed in excess of $300,000,000 worth of computer hardware and software. Notable among owners of these major systems are the Red Lobster Inns of America, NASA (Space Shuttle Launch Processing System), DOT (National Wheel Rail Simulator System), Personal Blood Storage, and ICCA (Cancer Centers of America). Randy is listed in "International Who's Who," and he received awards as Florida Businessman of the Year in both 2003 and 2004. He has been working in the MLM industry for more than sixteen years. As co-owner of MarketQ, Inc. with Wendy Lewis, he has provided service and support to the MLM industry with back office software, commission processing, and full customer service. As co-owners of an extremely successful MLM company, Randy and Wendy have persisted to create a unique business opportunity for thousands of distributors in countries all over the world. As a direct result of their efforts, they have experienced rapid growth on a global scale. Randy has also worked directly with large companies, corporations, and industry experts, helping them increase efficiency and improve productivity by implementing the latest in innovative technologies. Working together in a mutually beneficial and collaborative partnership, he and Wendy continue to provide new and sustainable business opportunities in the MLM industry.

| Robert Dawson offers Jeunesse Global an ideal range of skills resulting from the combination of his baccalaureate degree in accounting along with the Juris Doctorate awarded him by the University of Nebraska School of Law. His educational achievements along with his intimate knowledge of the MLM industry will be instrumental in helping Jeunesse grow into a network marketing powerhouse. Rob was successful in private practice, specializing in corporate law for fourteen years prior to joining the Jeunesse Global Team. Together, he and his wife Kimberli stay busy raising their two daughters, Lauryn and Kate.

| Darren Jensen is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience defining and executing global business strategies and driving revenue through product and geographic expansion. Prior to Jeunesse, Darren worked for some of the biggest industry heavyweights. In addition to sales and marketing, he has held vital management positions in international business, operations, and product development, leading the development and introduction of hundreds of products to dozens of countries. Darren has a proven track record of successfully implementing highly profitable business strategies and global marketing campaigns that have generated billions of dollars in sales. He also has extensive experience in planning and overseeing the launch of more than 60 countries and was most recently instrumental in growing a new start-up company from $0 to $150 million in four years.

Kyle Copeland

| le holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Upon graduation, he earned his CPA and worked several years with a “Big Four” international accounting firm. He later became the CFO of some of the industry’s largest and most successful companies. Although Kyle enjoys and understands the numbers side of the business, he is even more passionate about interacting with and helping Distributors grow their business. He helped several companies expand into various parts of the world, including taking one company into more than 60 countries worldwide. As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Kyle drives international growth strategies, manages international operations, and supports Distributor recruiting activities. |

Scott Lewis

| Scott Lewis holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rollins College. The majority of Scott’s MLM experience began by working with MarketQ, the MLM back office support service company owned by Randy and Wendy. During this time, he had the opportunity to work closely with a variety of companies in the industry while obtaining a diverse knowledge of market trends and Distributor relations, as well as operational strengths and weaknesses. Scott is well-rounded in all international operational processes, where he also has experience as the Director of Compliance before taking on his new role managing and directing global operations. He has consistently set new standards while maintaining a compassionate and professional relationship with all Distributors. He is an excellent facilitator for communications and has a passionate focus on efficiency.

Ryan Ogden

| Ryan Ogden is a graduate of Utah State University from where he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master of Accounting degree. After graduation, Ryan served for several years with one of the “Big Four” international accounting firms. Eventually, Ryan accepted a position in Japan as the Director of International Finance of an MLM company, and then later returned to the U.S. to continue work in the MLM industry. He brings a wealth of experience to Jeunesse and loves the personal touch that he finds in the network marketing environment. Ryan and his wife Rochele enjoy raising their four sons, and when he has the time, Ryan pursues his love of sports, including basketball, tennis, and water skiing.
