| Vicki Layton is a dynamic leader, motivational speaker and sales trainer. She attended Boston University on a Division 1 NCAA field hockey scholarship. At BU, she excelled on the field and in the classroom and graduated with a B.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling. After her education at BU, Vicki worked in operations management at Goodwill Industries for 5 years. Vicki quickly became recognized as a leader with an aptitude for motivating and empowering others and was introduced to her first multilevel marketing company. She became the top female producer in all of New England, with offices outside of Boston, MA and Portland, ME. Due to her success with her first MLM, Vicki was recruited to help build a successful chain of fitness centers outside of Boston. Over the next seven years, she moved up the corporate ladder. Beginning in sales, she excelled and became the regional manager, mostly in part by her ability to successfully recruit and develop many effective salespeople for the organization. Vicki created the sales manual that eventually made the business "turn-key," which led to its sale. Vicki's mission in life is to empower and help others reach their potential. With a little tough love, compassion and effective training techniques, Vicki wants to help every person who has the desire, will and work ethic to reach their goals. | Stephanie Lippincott is the Director of Media Relations and Special Events for SPX Nutrition. She has nearly 10 years experience in the field of public relations, including an extensive background in media relations, fundraising, event planning, promotions and writing. Stephanie is a proud University of North Florida alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the College of Arts and Sciences. Stephanie has worked for large and small non-profit organizations and for-profit corporations, excelling in raising millions of dollars to further research and programs, increasing brand and mission awareness, garnering media publicity, strengthening donor relations and managing and planning events for thousands of people. Stephanie is also passionate about health and fitness. She is co-owner of a fitness company based in Jacksonville, FL and a certified personal trainer. Along with her role on the SPX Nutrition corporate team, Stephanie also spearheads the Official SPX 90-Day Challenge Support Group with a team of 5 Certified Personal Trainers who help individuals on the 90-Day Challenge incorporate exercise and wellness habits to make long-term lifestyle changes.
