Toshizo Watanabe

Mr. Watanabe joined Nikken Japan in 1984. He is responsible for establishing Nikken in the United States and for expansion into Canada, Mexico and Europe. A lifelong student of direct marketing, he distinguished himself in 1973 by building the largest network in Yokohama City for a major direct marketing firm. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University in California, in addition to a Bachelor's of Science from Brandies University in Massachusetts. Mr. Watanabe is clearly a leader who will guide Nikken to even higher levels of global success. In January 2004, he announced to the world his goal for Nikken to become the largest direct-selling company in the world. This plan is called Vision 2010. By the year 2010, Mr. Watanabe has challenged Nikken to:

Contribute to the worldwide education of wellness and prevention
Establish our global role in preserving the environment and fighting world hunger
Establish 1 million Wellness Homes
Develop 10,000 healthy millionaires

Bob Richards

As a diversified and multi-talented executive, Bob Richards joined the Nikken family with over 11 years of network marketing industry experience. He was co-founder and CEO of Kaire International and played an active role in the Institute for Strategic Forecasting to help establish the multi-level marketing curriculum in colleges. Before the multi-level industry, he worked with Exxon, Union Texas Petroleum (Allied Chemical), Carbonit Exploration, and most recently, was president and CEO of Trans Energy Corp. Bob has an impressive athletic background, which fits perfectly with the Nikken wellness philosophy. As state champion in cross-country and track, The Detroit News selected him as Michigan's Outstanding Athlete. He later became an NCAA All-American and National Champion in the 3000-meter steeplechase. He was on the USA High Altitude Olympic Training Team in 1968, won his heat in the 1972 Olympic Trials, and was inducted into the Brigham Young University Athletic Hall of Fame in 1977. Most recently, Bob was a torchbearer for the Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Olympic games Torch Relay. Bob carries the spirit of Vision 2010 in all aspects of his corporate responsibilities while implementing powerful enhancements along with effective communications.

Kurt H Fulle

Kurt Fulle joined Nikken in 2003 as the Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer within a year. In 2006, Kurt was also named Chief Operating Officer and assumed overall responsibility for business operations. Prior to joining Nikken, Kurt was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Andiamo, Inc., a manufacturer of premium luggage brands. Before Andiamo, Kurt was Treasurer for Catalina Carpet Mills, Inc. Prior to that he was Audit Manager for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Kurt received his M.B.A in Accounting and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
