| Along with his wife Jeanine, Mark began the creation of CyberWize in 1998 and has continued to expand, enhance and develop the CyberWize business to its current state. Mark spent most of the late 90’s in the web design, Internet marketing, and Internet promotion business. He served as the President of PC Direct from 1992 until 1998 and has 16 years of extensive computer building, programming and sales experience. He studied Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. While serving on 4 different boards of International direct sales companies, Mark specialized in developing and enhancing sales materials for more effective marketing, web site design, developing sales, and writing training manuals. |

| Jeanine studied Administration, Office Management, and Business Administration at the Chippewa Valley Technical College in Wisconsin. Jeanine has vast experience in the business force working in customer service, employee relations, payroll, accounting, and records management. Jeanine held the position of Asst. Office Manager in a major manufacturing plant where she developed great respect and high recommendations. Mark and Jeanine have 3 children in their teens. |

| Greg brings over 25 years of experience in criminal and civil investigations and has specialized in corporate and security management since 1990. Greg provides incisive threat assessment, legal liaison as well as overseeing all aspects of complex crime investigations from initial crisis response to resolution. | Michael has over 30 years experience in operations at both General Motors and Dayton Public Schools. He was also an adjunct professor for Purdue University for six years, and specializes in developing, training and teaching others to achieve their highest levels of performance. Mike has completed the classroom work toward a Doctorate in adult education and holds an MBA from Ball State University as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from General Motors Institute. He has certifications from Myers-Briggs, SYMLOG and The Human Element. As an author, he has written for ASTD Technical Training books. Mike has a very successful history of turning unprofitable situations into profitable ones and possesses excellent people skills.
