| Mr. Helming has been a keynote speaker since 2001, addressing energy executives & the public as a wind expert in NY, FL, MI, TX, KS, MO, CO, & Hawaii. He’s been featured on the Discovery Channel, PBS, Pat Summerall’s Champions of Industry, Fox News, Sky Radio (in-flight radio for American, United, Northwest, Delta), NPR & many radio stations. His articles have been published in Bank News Magazine, KC Small Business Monthly, The Sustainable Investor, SolarAccess.com, Forbes magazine (KC edition) & countless newspapers. Mr. Helming is currently writing a book (release date 4Q ‘04) describing the economic benefits of converting the U.S. to 100% clean, renewable, American-made power – totally eliminating dependence on foreign & fossil fuels. Prior to Krystal Energy, Mr. Helming was CEO of Kansas Wind Power, LLC (1999-2003), where he led efforts to acquire contracts for 300 MW of wind projects, raised millions in capital, then sold KWP (Jan ’04) to Trade Wind Energy to focus 100% of his efforts on Krystal Energy. Mr. Helming’s 1st two companies in the 1990s, TeleTeam Consulting Inc. (one of the largest dealers of Nextel Wireless & Lucent Technologies equipment in KC, a multi-million dollar company with 35 employees) and Team Reach Inc (built a worldwide sales team of 16,000 in 2 years), were both quite successful and established Mr. Helming as a proven entrepreneurial leader. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Mr. Helming is a former gymnast, is training to be a pilot and aspires to climb the ‘Seven Summits’ - the world’s tallest mountains per continent – during his lifetime. |

| Mr. Gray has over 20 years of senior management experience with Sunshine Biscuits, National Beverages and PepsiCo. His most recent responsibilities as Divisional Vice President included long term sales contract development, negotiation and implementation. Mr. Gray has extensive experience in the development and management of sales organizations. He has created innovative sales training programs that include both sales and marketing. Mr. Gray is a founding board member of Christmas Families and is actively involved in his church and youth sports. Mr. Gray has a BS in Personnel Administration from the University of Kansas. He resides in the Kansas City area with his wife and three children. |

| Mr. Strand has over 10 years experience successfully growing and running direct marketing companies. Mr. Strand’s career began as President of a lawn & landscape company in 1983. In 9 years time, the company became the largest company in Champaign, IL County. In 1996, Mr. Strand joined a struggling company as the National Marketing Director, where he increased sales by $4 million within 12 months. One year later, Mr. Strand co-founded and became Executive V.P. for a direct marketing company, which grew to $100 Million in sales in just 2.5 years. At that company, Mr. Strand was instrumental in developing marketing tools and strategy which helped Troy Helming build a sales team of 16,000 people in 2 years. In 2000, Mr. Strand founded a direct marketing company, MoneyMatters Network, which is now a net branch office for the 5th largest independently owned mortgage banker in the U.S. Most recently, Mr. Strand took a sales organization from 16 to 2,300 sales people in less than 5 months, generating over $150 Million in loan submissions. Mr. Strand is an expert in direct marketing compensation plans. He has authored, produced and edited numerous articles, audios, videos, sales tools and training materials for direct marketing distributors. In 2003, Mr. Strand accepted the position of National Marketing Director with Krystal Planet. Mr. Strand resides in Southern California. |
