Frederick J Weih

Fred has over 15 years of experience in developing e-commerce and mail order grocery shopping. His working prototypes give him the experience and maturity to bring this concept to the next level. Over 100 newspaper articles, studies and industry reports have been written about Mr. Weih's home shopping concepts and working prototypes. No other individual has been involved in modern home grocery shopping longer than Mr. Weih.

As co-founder of Harvesting America, Mr. Weih directs idea conception, plus the day-to-day operations, supplier networks, and public relations. Under his leadership, mail order grocery shopping has grown from a visionary idea in 1986 to a national e-commerce consumer movement today. Prior to founding Harvesting America, Mr. Weih has served as President of Celestial Harvest, Harvest America and Executive Vice President of Tapcity.com.

Mr. Weih served his country with the United States Military Academy Band at West Point. Mr. Weih is also a member of the West Point Band Alumni Association.

Tom's success as a financial leader and consultant stems from his ability to deliver persuasive arguments to support and drive change. He is a problem solver with a strong, positive commitment to his clients' goals and the belief that change can only be effective when undertaken with the highest of ethical standards. Tom is an outstanding relationship developer emphasizing team building, customer service and straightforward communication with the investment community. He has a track record of successfully developing people and building state-of-the-art finance departments in rapidly growing companies. Mr. Rochford has over 20 years of professional experience in all aspects of finance and corporate financial management. He served as Assistant Treasurer for SYSCO Corporation, America's largest food service distribution and marketing company with annual sales exceeding $20 billion. While at SYSCO, Mr. Rochford also held positions that included Director of Treasury Operations, Director of Insurance and Tax Compliance. While at SYSCO, Mr. Rochford initiated and directed the Company's first public offerings of debt securities consisting of $350 million in Senior Notes. Recently, Mr. Rochford also held the position of Treasurer for Allied Waste Industries, were he negotiated and secured $11.5 billion in financing commitments for the strategic acquisition of Browning Ferris Industries, Inc. (BFI). Tom graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He also earned a Masters in Business Administration degree, with a concentration in finance, from Saint Mary's College of California. Tom is a mentor in the ASU School of Business honors program -- "Dean's Board of Excellence". He currently serves as Treasurer and sits on the Board of Directors for the Financial Executive International - Phoenix Chapter. He is past president of the Indiana Auditor Association and Advisory Board Member to the Protection Mutual Insurance Company.

Richard M Wisely

Rich has over thirty years of experience in both the pharmaceutical and health and beauty care industries. He spent 17 years with a former division of Dart Industries, Rexall Drug Company of St. Louis. His last position there was Vice President of Operations. Shortly thereafter, he joined Sundown Vitamins in its early stages as Vice President of Operations. During the ensuing 10 years, Sundown evolved into Rexall Sundown, Inc. and Mr. Wisely became the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of the highly successful NASDAQ-traded company. Rexall Sundown's activities included the manufacture, marketing and distribution of a complete line of consumer oriented health and nutritional products sold through various channels, including multi-level marketing, mass-market retail and mail order. Through his long affiliation with the Rexall companies, he developed extensive contacts within the pharmaceutical and health care products industries. Rich has also served on the Board of Directors of Tower Equities, a high-profile NYSE-traded real estate investment trust (REIT), a position that he held for the last two years. Since 1996, he has been actively involved with a variety of commercial real estate development projects in and around the metropolitan Phoenix area. He currently serves as the Senior Partner of Commercial Science International, LLC, which he co-founded in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1996
