Prior to Ongoing Solutions, Mr. Kirker served as a Director and COO for ITIS Holdings, Inc. from 1999 to May 2004. Mr. Kirker has over eighteen years of experience in software programming, document management and content development with ITIS, Inc. Mr. Kirker served ITIS, Inc. in various capacities, including Vice President of Programming and Production, 1987 - 1994; President / COO from 1994 - 2000; and CEO from October 1, 1999 to June 2002. Prior to ITIS, Inc., Mr. Kirker worked approximately five years as a programmer analyst and senior programmer for Texaco, Inc., in its computer and information services area. Mr. Kirker holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. |

Prior to ITIS, Mr. Hluchanek worked approximately six years as a programmer and programmer analyst for Texaco, Inc. Mr. Hluchanek graduated from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in 1981 with a degree in Computer Information Systems. |

| Ms. Hoover has been engaged in public accounting since 1973. Over the years she has provided virtually every type of tax and accounting services to individuals and businesses, served as auditor-in-charge of audit engagements, and provided extensive management advisory services to clients in various types of businesses. She graduated from Texas A&I University in 1971 (now Texas A&M Kingsville). Ms. Hoover was a shareholder/partner in the Houston accounting firm of Nommensen, Hoover & Williams, P.C. from 1985 until 2000. Ms. Hoover has served as Chief Financial Officer of ITIS Holdings, Inc. since June, 2000. From October 2003 through November 2004, Ms. Hoover also served as acting Chief Financial Officer for Nutracea, a publicly-held health science company. |

Charlie Milstead Jr

| Mr. Milstead has spent over 15 years in the sales and management fields, including a two year service in ministry. Mr. Milstead served as Vice President of a Manufacturer's Representative in Houston, TX, where he managed sales staff and sales of irrigation and plumbing equipment through wholesalers in Texas and Oklahoma. He also served as Staff Associate for Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Houston, TX, where he oversaw the establishment of new and existing FCA programs in Katy and Cy-Fair School Districts. In addition, he also served as Assistant Director for a Golf Ministry, and as Tournament and Membership Sales Coordinator and Membership Sales Associate for different golf clubs, overseeing membership sales and tournament bookings. Mr. Milstead graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution. |
