| Ruthie Harper, M.D. is a Board Certified Internist who has spent many years developing her unique vision for helping people achieve health and wellness. She founded NuVANTE in 2003 with this vision in mind.
Dr. Harper has been a practicing physician since 1988 and founded her own medical practice - Nutritional Medicine Associates - in 1999. It has since become one of the most successful and innovative of its kind in the United States.
In her medical practice, Dr. Harper made unique discoveries in nutritional science and combined them with extensive skincare research to create a line of skincare products unlike anything else in the cosmeceutical industry.
As Dr. Harper used these products in her practice, patients began to achieve incredible results. Excited patients told friends and family about the products and a word-of-mouth phenomenon spread the product quickly and effectively into the marketplace. As demand for the product grew exponentially, Dr. Harper decided to create a mechanism to deliver quality skin care to every person.
Dr. Harper is a passionate, public advocate of the role of nutrition in creating healthy, happy living. She is a regular public speaker nationally on health, wellness, anti-aging, sports nutrition, and skincare. She also has made numerous medical appearances and is a research associate at the University of Texas at Austin where she is involved in ongoing nutritional research.
After completing medical school, Dr. Harper finished her residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans . She went on to a successful career as an emergency room physician at several hospitals, including Doctors' Hospital of Jefferson (New Orleans), Portland Adventist (Portland, Ore.), and Seton Hospital (Austin, Texas).

Richard Bailey

| Richard Bailey has had a 35 year career in sales and marketing for the telecommunications and computer industries, including AT&T, Tandem Computers and H-P VeriFone. He most recently served in Austin as the Managing Director of Scient, a consulting company focused on funding and developing start-ups.
Richard's past responsibilities have included developing business in Europe and throughout Asia where he helped establish joint ventures with the government of China.
Richard is active in community affairs and has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Austin Entrepreneurs Foundation.
Richard and his wife, Connie, have lived and traveled extensively overseas, but currently make their home in the Texas Hill Country near Johnson City. He has a B.S. degree in Economics from Oklahoma City University and an M.B.A from the University of Portland. |

Henrik Risvang

| With his more than 20 years of experience in operations, business development, business planning, and executive management, Henrik Risvang is uniquely qualified to lead the business operations of NuVANTE.
Prior to joining NuVANTE, Henrik was founder and president of Risvang Consulting, providing independent consulting services to clients in the wholesale, service and high-tech industries. In this capacity, Henrik helped these organizations overcome market and organizational difficulties, improve operational performance, and rapidly reach aggressive performance and profit goals.
Prior to founding Risvang Consulting, Henrik served as Director of Professional Services with MediaPrise, Inc., a technology start-up in Austin , Texas, where he was involved with product development, design verification, and business development. Before joining MediaPrise, Henrik was vice president of development, marketing, brand management, professional services, and e-Business at MAS (Management and Application Support) Group in New York, San Francisco, and London. As an SAP consultant he serviced clients on three continents in the service, manufacturing, distribution, high tech and chemical industries. Henrik also worked as a manager of the International Project and Fulfillment Operation at IBM Corporation in Scandinavia, New York, and Austin, Texas .
After starting several companies in the service and entertainment industry, Henrik obtained his education while working with Denmark's largest bank, Den Danske Bank, as a Foreign Exchange Spot Dealer. Along with extensive IBM International Management Training, Henrik studied International Business Administration at Copenhagen School of business. | Joni Guerrero brings more than 15 years of customer service, management, and analysis experience to her key role as customer support director. Prior to joining NuVANTE, Joni was the manager of customer services for a network marketing company in Austin, Texas where she and her customer service team supported thousands of independent representatives nationwide.
Joni has more than 10 years' experience with the Internal Revenue Service in Austin where she established and managed a center-wide, customer service program review unit.
Joni is an innovator and a proven leader in the field of building customer relationships and handling customer requests. She has led in the creation, development, and implementation of several successful customer service organizations, and has extensive experience with referral-based companies, their customers, and distributors.
Joni has a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is also a recipient of the Hammer Award, which she received in 1994 for her efforts in the re-invention of Government
