Founder, Chairman and CEO
 
The fourth son of Hon. Amable M. Aguiluz, former Treasurer of the Philippines and Auditor General, and Ester Aguiluz, he is the father of computer education in the Philippines. King, as he is called by family and friends, is also the founder and Chairman of the AMA Education System, Asia's first and largest computer based education system in the Philippines, with 200 campuses and branches in Hong Kong, China, Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with over 150,000 students. Today, the AMA Group employs over 5,000 people. King is Chairman of the AMA Bank, the largest lender in the used car market in the Philippines. He was also named No. 21 most powerful man in the Philippines by Biz News Asia, the leading Asian News Weekly Magazine in its January 2007 cover issue. After finishing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of the Philippines-Diliman, Quezon City in 1968, he completed his Masters in Business Administration in 1983 at the University of the East and later earned his Doctorate Degree from Columbia College in Missouri. He is also the only Filipino who finished the 3 year management course at Harvard Business School for owners and presidents of big businesses. He looks forward to being the global business advisor and helping ReishiGo see through its plans to expand both nationally and internationally.

Jannie Tay

A leading businesswoman in Singapore and a mother of four, she is the President of the Singapore Retailers' Association. An icon in the watch industry, she is Vice Chairman of listed luxury watch retailer The Hour Glass, which has a regional network of luxury watch boutiques located across Australia , Hong Kong , Japan , Malaysia , Singapore and Thailand . Having previously served on the Women's Leadership Board of the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), she was, in 1997, named as one of the 50 Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World. In recognition of her outstanding professional achievements, she was the recipient of the 2003 Monash University Distinguished Alumni Award, an institution from which she obtained both a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology (Honors) and a Masters of Science degree in Pharmacology. The award was presented in 2004 in recognition of her outstanding achievements in business in Singapore and internationally, for her energetic advocacy for the advancement of women, and for her sustained contributions to community causes. She was also awarded an honorary doctorate from Oxford Brookes University in 1999, the Louis Féraud les Honors Award in 1996 and in 2003 was conferred the Darjah Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (DSAP), which carries the title Dato', the closest equivalent to “Sir/Dame” under the British system. Solomon Wasser

Our chief consultant, Solomon Wasser is a Professor of the Institute of Evolution, University of Haifa, Israel, and is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms. Prof. Wasser wrote a book “Morphological Traits of Ganoderma Lucidum Complex Highlighting G. Tsugae var jannieae” and in the Nov. 1, 2006, Vol. 6 issue of the International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms. He is a world renowned expert on Reishi (Lingzhi), author and co-author of over 400 scientific publications including 34 books and 12 patents in the USA and former USSR for new strains of edible and valuable medicinal mushrooms. Prof. Wasser explains the key differences between Ganoderma Tsugae var Jannieae and other species: “I can only tell you that our mushroom is very important. We know exactly the chemical composition. We know our mushroom contains good amounts of compounds with antioxidants, radical scavenging, immunodulating, liver protecting properties”. “It can be a good source for producing natural drinks that can induce alertness and energy without caffeine because it contains a high amount of triterpenes and phenolic compounds that play an important role in alertness and energy; steroidal compounds that have anti-inflammatory effects as well as increased cellular function and metabolism.
