Lance has a proven track record of developing sales and operations teams to drive market growth and expand overall market share as well as the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet organizational goals. Prior to launching Ultra International, Lance was the Vice President of Business Development for Liquid Soap Products, LTD. His vision was instrumental in the launch of Ultra International as the Direct-To-Consumer marketing division for LSP. In his role as Executive Vice President, Lance is able to wear many hats and that includes leading research and development efforts at Ultra International. During his time at Ultra International, he has researched and developed several unique and innovative nutritional products which have become extremely successful. With Lance’s exceptional talent for building strong, long-lasting relationships, Ultra International’s product lines are currently thriving in 38 countries through a strong base of distributors.
