Mr. Gilmer is an immigrant from South Africa. As an entrepreneur, Adam knows what it takes to attract, build and inspire leadership in the field and within Regeneca's management team, understanding that everyone has ups and downs. Mr. Gilmer believes that success is a specific formula of three key ingredients: a mixture of "PFP" (Passion, Failure and, the most important, Persistence). For the last 22 years, Mr. Gilmer has branded, sold and merchandised products and services through direct sales channels. Adam pioneered one of the best of breed comparison shopping engines for the travel industry. Mr. Gilmer has sold and merchandised too many of the world's largest wholesale discount buying clubs, convenience stores and to major distributors like: Costco, Sam's Club, ARCO, AMPM, BP, 7-Eleven, Shell Oil, Mobil Oil, Texaco, Valero and 76 Gasoline, and beer distributors like SAB Miller, Coors, & Budweiser. Mr. Gilmer served as a consultant and liaison to several fortune 500 companies entering the Direct Sales industry. Prior to Regeneca International, Inc., Mr. Gilmer introduced a billion dollar Direct Selling brand to the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) and China's Department of Health & Commerce. Adam is the founder of 8020365, LLC, developing Business Development & Time Management Workshops for busy Executives and Entrepreneurs (3, 5 & 7 Day, New Habit Forming Programs) where his passion is seeing others overcome and achieve breakthroughs.
