Rodan was also instrumental in the unprecedented decision to move the company’s products out of the traditional retail channel in favor of direct selling. Prior to joining Rodan and Fields, Rodan was the founder of multiple, successful technology development companies and a highly sought after business strategy consultant. Rodan received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Loyola Marymount, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
