Debbie has more than 25 years of expertise in all facets of client-centered operations, primarily for network marketing companies. At Body Wise, she oversees the entire customer care department, distribution and warehouse, and all aspects of information technology. She is responsible for the customer service side of the business, and focuses on supporting and meeting the needs of Body Wise’s growing Consultant base. Her familiarity with the Body Wise customer base, and their fluctuating needs, provides invaluable insight to sales, marketing and communications. Debbie has been instrumental in Body Wise’s operations, and distribution upgrades and required changes to meet the company’s growth. Her technology savvy supports the entire Body Wise organization as she leads the infrastructure and information technology. Prior to moving to southern California, Debbie was vice president of customer operations for Shaklee Corporation, where she lead and oversaw more than 300 employees in the call center, distributor services, customer operations, warehousing and distribution operations in the U.S. She designed and implemented work processes and systems software that focused on providing superior service to the customer, resulting in the company’s growth and performance, and a growing, dynamic department. Her experience spans network marketing companies in the U.S. and internationally. Debbie graduated Phi Beta Kappa in college, and completed her master’s degree in Microeconomics at Oregon State University, specializing in econometrics. |
