In addition to owning his own consulting firm for many years, he has been a senior consultant for Franklin Covey and Covey Leadership Center. Eric is appreciated as a caring coach, a well-informed and strategic thinker, an engaging consultant and teacher, and a consummate professional and executive. Eric personally follows the company’s holistic approach to health and wellness. Over the past 18 months, he has undergone a personal wellness transformation, including finishing his first marathon in July 2005.
