Lee W. Papier is responsible for all day-to-day activities of ePlanet Paradise. He directs the recruitment and training of all Independent Representatives and develops and coordinates all sales, marketing and training activities for the company.
Mr. Papier has extensive senior level experience in developing, implementing and managing corporate business, finance and marketing activities. He has specialized in travel, the Internet and network marketing for the past 6 years. He has a successful background in providing sound financial analysis and creativity for market expansion and new product introduction.
From 1995-1997, Mr. Papier was a senior executive at a public network marketing travel company (based in Newport Beach, California) that grew to sales of over $50 million in less than 2 years. This pioneered one of the first online travel booking business models and built a community of 40,000 independent travel agents. Mr. Papier was instrumental in most of the departments in the company as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Papier was Founder and President of Insights to Excellence, Inc.; a sales and management consulting and training organization that worked with individuals, teams and companies, including the New York Rangers Hockey Team.
Mr. Papier served as Vice President of M.J. Papier & Co., Inc., an investment banking company for 10 years, which specialized in evaluating various corporate finance situations involving mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings. M.J. Papier & Co. was instrumental in bringing six companies public in the early 1980s, including Enzo BioChem, Inc., whose stock went from $6 per share to $104 per share in one year. Mr. Papier was also an account executive in the investment firms of Smith Barney and Shearson Lehman Bros. on Wall Street.
Mr. Papier graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management from the University of San Diego.
