Mark Cook is an international success story of significant magnitude. Whilst he is a British National, he has spent considerable time in the USA over the past 5 years. After a financially rewarding career, mainly centered on property development and mergers and acquisitions, Mark retired. In 2003 and with properties in both hemispheres, Mark began searching for suitable business interests to satisfy his commercial mind as the initial novelty of retirement was wearing off.
His research led him to a company in its early development stage. He discovered a group of technical and marketing people from North America and Australia, who were working on an international project that could revolutionize the way we communicate. He discovered that there was a niche for an entrepreneur like himself, especially since his travel schedule connects him with many strategically placed corporations.
Mark realized that this particular telecommunications technology was without equal anywhere in the world. His instincts were to purely become an investor and assist where possible with business contacts, however, that soon evolved into him devoting his significant efforts to the success and rapid growth of this leading edge company. Mark believes this technology will create an entirely new dimension to the telecommunications industry. The project soon was officially born as TLC Technology and the company became 1Cellnet LLC.
