As a founder and Executive Vice President of Corporate Capital Partners, LLC, a venture capital firm, Mr. MacCloskey managed the business development of the firm and helped small to medium sized businesses seeking access to the equity markets. Prior to that, he served as the director of institutional sales at Centerpoint Securities, Inc. and Vice President, of Institutional Securities at MG Securities, Inc. He has served in various management and executive positions with Merrill Lynch, Prudential Securities and Rodman & Renshaw. He graduated in 1990 from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado as a Certified Financial Planner and has held 8 securities licenses.
