Although Scott Miller exudes a solid state of quiet casualness, his relentless drive and determination set him apart as an admired leader. Scott's keen sense of organization enhances his ability to manage accelerated growth and development. Using his background in market research, his fervor for sales and his creative nature, Scott has established management systems, yielding maximum productivity and solid profits.
Prior to joining OGI, Scott was responsible for the sales and service operations of one of Inc. 100's top 25 fastest growing companies. Leading hundreds of employees, he directed the overall customer experience for millions of transactions, ensuring the delivery of world-class service. As a result of the efforts of his team, thousands of customer compliments were logged. In addition, Scott introduced and implemented many programs and strategies that resulted in both saving and generating sales measured in the tens of millions.
Growing up in northern Washington, Scott learned at an early age of the grandeur of the outdoors. He spent his earliest years exploring, fishing and hunting the mountains right in his backyard. He fell in love with every sport he played, which further gave him all the excuses he needed to be outside. In fact, to validate his justification for playing outdoors, Scott earned a bachelor's degree in recreation management. In addition, he has gained a passion for classical genres of theater, music and novels.
He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Brigham Young University. Scott and his wife Liberty have two very active boys.
