25 years ago, successful businessman Sid Foulger had his second heart attack. While Mr. Foulger is one of America's most respected philanthropists and real estate developers, his proudest accomplishment has been the time spent with his family of 6 children, 48 grandchildren, and 27 great grand children. He realized that if he wanted to enjoy more time with his family, he had better start taking a closer look at his health. Mr. Foulger began studying nutrition aggressively roughly 25 years ago, and one of the things he learned was the power of antioxidants and their ability to heal the body by fighting free radicals.
