Mr. Strand has over 10 years experience successfully growing and running direct marketing companies. Mr. Strand’s career began as President of a lawn & landscape company in 1983. In 9 years time, the company became the largest company in Champaign, IL County. In 1996, Mr. Strand joined a struggling company as the National Marketing Director, where he increased sales by $4 million within 12 months. One year later, Mr. Strand co-founded and became Executive V.P. for a direct marketing company, which grew to $100 Million in sales in just 2.5 years. At that company, Mr. Strand was instrumental in developing marketing tools and strategy which helped Troy Helming build a sales team of 16,000 people in 2 years. In 2000, Mr. Strand founded a direct marketing company, MoneyMatters Network, which is now a net branch office for the 5th largest independently owned mortgage banker in the U.S. Most recently, Mr. Strand took a sales organization from 16 to 2,300 sales people in less than 5 months, generating over $150 Million in loan submissions. Mr. Strand is an expert in direct marketing compensation plans. He has authored, produced and edited numerous articles, audios, videos, sales tools and training materials for direct marketing distributors. In 2003, Mr. Strand accepted the position of National Marketing Director with Krystal Planet. Mr. Strand resides in Southern California. |
