Vemma Concludes Fundraising Campaign for Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 25, 2014 -- Vemma Nutrition Company is proud to announce the recent completion of its fifth annual fundraising campaign for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals®. With a mission to make a positive difference in the lives of others, Vemma Nutrition Company's fundraising campaign aimed to provide support and relief for children and families in need.

Since 1983, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $4.7 billion for 170 children's hospitals across the United States and Canada. Whether a child is battling cancer or suffering a traumatic injury or genetic disease, donations made to the non-profit organization support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care.

During the three-month campaign, bottles of Vemma NEXT®, Vemma Nutrition Company's physician formulated beverage designed to help support the nutrition and health of children ages 2 through 12, were co-branded with the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals logo. A portion of the sales of Vemma NEXT, along with donations from Vemma Affiliates, Elite members and employees, were contributed to the fundraising campaign. In total, the campaign raised $40,000 for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. To date, Vemma has donated $164,000 for the organization.

Vemma's Founder and CEO BK Boreyko said, "We want to thank our Affiliates for their generosity in supporting our annual fundraising campaign for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. We make it a priority to support the amazing efforts of this organization, as they help so many children and families. We could not be happier with the donations we received this year and we look forward to another year of successful fundraising."
