Vemma and New Vision are both involved in the health and wellness industry. New Vision offers a different compensation plan to its distributors than Vemma however. New Vision calls its compensation plan a “Vertical Payout” compensation plan. Basically, you build your business through referrals, with those referrals bringing in new referrals in addition to using the product themselves.
In fact, both New Vision and Vemma suggest that distributors use the products themselves before selling it to anyone else so that they can determine product effectiveness and taste first-hand. Most distributors of New Vision are also either current or former customers.
