XanGo is a privately-held company operating in over 23 countries with over one million distributors. Although the company does not publicly disclose its financial statements, it has issued company press releases claiming sales growth from $40 million in 2003 to $150 million in 2004 and doubling again in 2005. In October of 2007 the company issued a statement that cumulative sales had exceeded 1 billion dollars.

Xango Juice

XanGo Juice is formulated from a proprietary blend of mangosteen aril and pericarp purée and the juice concentrates of eight other fruits including pear, apple, grape, raspberry, cranberry, strawberry, cherry and cranberry. Additional ingredients include citric acid, natural flavor, pectin, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate.

Xango Lawsuits

In February 2003 Tahitian Noni International filed a lawsuit in Provo, Utah against Xango LLC and several of its top executives,alleging that XanGo and its executives stole Tahitian Noni International's concept for a mangosteen-based beverage while they were employed by Tahitian Noni.

XanGo LLC filed a countersuit and the two companies eventually settled out of court. A joint statement by XanGo and Tahitian Noni said that the companies had "agreed to resolve their disputes and the litigation between them and their founders" but the particulars of the settlement were not disclosed....
